1. When will I receive my order?
All orders take up to 3-4 business days to process and generally take 5-7 business days for delivery. For all orders, a flat shipping fee of $8.00 will be applied and added to your total during checkout.
Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
2. Is it possible to amend or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
We recognize that situations can evolve. Should you require any alterations or cancellations to your order, kindly reach out to our customer service team promptly, and we’ll facilitate your request accordingly.
3. Is having an account necessary for placing an order?

4. How do I track my online order?

5. What if I receive a damaged item?
We are sorry you have received a damaged item from Jexona. Please contact with us via help@jexona.com quickly and we will research your order issue to determine if we would like you to ship the damaged item back. Please provide your order number and the item number of the damaged product when submitting your email to us.
